I think i finally completed the list of parts for the computer...please take a look and advise on anything wrong or a better/cheaper product .. thank you

POWERCOLOR ATI RADEON 9600PRO Video Card, 128MB DDR, 128-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "R96A-C3N" -RETAIL $125

CoolerMaster Blue 80mm Neon LED Fan, Model "TLF-R82" -RETAIL x 2 $15 (if fans are not on case)

now i'm not sure about the case but i need a $40-$50 case with fans....or buy fans for $15 and get a $35 case.....i have some cases in mind....

about the SATA harddrive, someone said my PSU already had the power adapters and i didnt need to buy separate ones, is this true? If theres something wrong with this list or you have suggestions, please do tell me. And if anyone can tell me of a good looking case with fans for under $50, that would be a big help. All of this will be justt a bit over $700...
