Mushkin 512 or 1024

Iam going to order some Mushkin PC3200 Level 2 and Iam wondering how much of a difference would it be to 1g (512x2) verses 512MB (256x2). Iam now running 512Mb (256x2) of Kingston hyperX and this stuff is crap. at 200mhz i have to run timings of 2-3-3-6 for it to be stable with no errors. the best timings i have gotten was 2-2-3-5 but it will only boot every 3 or 4 times and Memtest86 shows errors Big time. Thanks

I just moved up from 512Mb PC2100 DDR to 1GB PC2700 DDR Dual Channel & I Hate to say it, But I don't see enough Improvement to Justify the Cost for the new Ram.

unless your doing video editing and such that extra ram will never come into play and you just doubled your cost for less than 10% performances boost

I thought it wouldn't be worth the extra cash. I just ordered 512MB (256x2) of the Mushkin PC3200 Level 2. it was only $147.00 total cost at new egg.
