Default MSI K8N NEO2 PLATINUM vs. ASUS A8V Deluxe?

my 1700+ has reached the end of its days and i need a new mobo&cpu.

the only thing i really do on my computer is play online games and ive talked to a few people and ive decided that i'm going to get the Athlon 64 3200+ 939 pin Winchester CPU. But, looking at the forums it looks like people are split between the two previously mentioned Mobos. Money is a problem for me, so is the $20 price increase worth the purchase of the MSI? What is the difference between these boards?

TY

i read a review of the msi k8n neo2 platinum and the owner of the mobo said that his video card fan bumped into the chipset fan on the board. is that a common problem?

I believe so on longer cards.

I have an a8v, and i think you should go the MSI route.
