I'm going to assume that you are referring to a skt939 system. If you arent gonna be overclocking, then either with NF4 chipsets are gonna be great.

These would be great for you:
DFI nF4 Ultra-Infinity Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

For future reference, when asking for advice, don't use CAPS LOCK, and make sure to be clear on what you are trying to communicate, as it makes whoever is reading your post more inclined to answer

MSI and DFI are my 2 favourite motherboard manafactuers right now for Socket 939 gaming systems

MSI K8N Neo-4F is unbeliavably great for mid end systems where you need a cheap high peformance reliable motherboard.

DFI Lanparty Ultra-D and SLI-DR are what I recomend for high end builds.
