My windows updater popped up on my computer for me to check for any updates which I did. There was one there for a driver update so I downloaded it and it's looking for win98 cd, which I don't have. It is for an ESS AllegroX MPU-402 compatible. I guess I don't need it so I want to get rid of it because every time I boot up it asks me for the CD. I tried deleting it from add/remove hardware and select add new hardware wizard, next, next again. I see where its listed but I can't delete it. Any ideas how I can? I appreciate any help.
TIA
