If your worried about vid cards and heatsinks lay it on its side.. that way if you bounce the heatsink won't pull as on the mobo.

If you are using any large after market CPU cooler, i do recommend taking them off.

Most of the time, I just have my PC in my car seat with a seat belt across it. Same with monitors. However i find it best that I invest in a few dollars in a piece of foam rubber to put across the screen.
