move files to another hard drive

i have recently installed two hard drives one running xp and one running linux. I have dvd files on my xp hard drive that i would like to move to the other. Is there any way of doing this?

????? The "linux drive" is the slave? Why?...the slave isn't bootable. Format the thing with windows. This is a confusing thread to say the least!

inthnik you need to move this to the linux thread they can help you out more sayin IMO sence your putting it in the linux hdd am i right.

could try a program called beyond compare it allows you to select two different locations and puts the info in side by side windows and they you select what you want to copy to the other location. not sure about with the linux but if you do it while in windows i would not see why it would not work since you are just putting it onto the hard drive
