What is the best motherboard out there for a Intel P4 3.2 GHZ with HT?

I would go with Asus but Gygabyte is good too.

Asus is a really good mobo company. I have one and i love it. There tech support is always there ( if anyone ever needs it) and there mobo's are really nice and they are worth every penny.
