Question Which Motherboard would you recommend?

My m/b just died on me (IWill XP333). I don't have a large budget to replace it, so I will have to get an older board. Which of the following boards would you recommend?

Abit KR7A-Raid
Asus A7V266-E
Epox 8K3A+
MSI K7T266
Soyo SY-K7V Dragon Plus

The rest of my system specs are below. Thanks for the input!

ahh?
AHHHH!
AhHHhHhhHhh!!!
Stay AWAY from the MSI board!
I personally have the MSI K7T266 Pro2-A, and it crashes on games within minutes, and is the reason I can't use my Audigy 2.
I have no experience with Epox or Abit, and you can get a mobo faster than a 266FSB easily, so the only one I can recommend is the Soyo Dragon.
But you CAN get an Nvidia nForce2 board for less than $100 now, so you can do what i'm about to do and get one of those.
And remember...

Nvidia = sex

I wasn't sure about the MSI board, but I have always heard good things about Asus and Abit. As far as overclocking goes - you can see in my sig that I have overclocked my t-bird. I just got a Swiftech MCX-462, so I could clock higher and when I tried to install it, something happened to the m/b - still not sure what (maybe it's just coincidence ). I already had to RMA the board once, so I won't be getting another IWill anytime soon!
