Default Motherboard Fan Header Current

How much current and power can the fan headers on a motherboard handle? I have four fans, two rated at .20 amps, one rated at .18 and one at .11 that currently are powered by 4-pin power connectors and I want to get a 3-pin adapter so I can connect them to the motherboard and control the fan automatically based to temperature.
