motherboard bad??

i'm haveing problems with my computer starting up i'm running a AMD ATHELON XP 2.2 ghz ,an asus k7s5a mother board and i reinstalled windows xp recently and now everytime i shutdown and then start up it says insert floppy disk or it doesnt start and goes to this novelware screene i dont kow whats wrong with it i think it might be the mother board but it's not even a year old ,maybe it could be the battery , i'm not sure well i'd appreciate any kind of help thanks

I would guess that it is a problem with your hard drive or maybe just an error in windows. Can you get into safe mode or does it pop up right as you turn it on?

it starts up and i go into windows normaly and it only does it when its about to load windows
