Is this Motherboard any good?

Hi! Just wanting some opinions on this motherboard. We will be getting a P4 3.2 GHz since our purpose is not gaming, but rather video editing and such.

Also, I noticed it has i865PE chipset rather than an i875P, what's the difference??
