Which Motherboard?

im just about to build my first pc.
what would be a good motherboard to buy for around £100 .
And what cpu would you recomend inter or AMD ATHLON 64 .

i cant reccomend an intel or and amd unless u tell us what u want the comp for...... i mean really it wont matter which u get but u may be more suited to one..
as for mobos u need to decide which chip ur gettin b4 u decide the mobo.. good athlon mobos are a lil more pricey than intel ones but intel chips cost a lil more than athlons..

Its for video editing mainly. i was going for a AMD ATHLON 64 cpu

hmm vid editing.. probly better with an intel... a 3gig or a 3.2 prescott.. northwoods arent made nemore.. as for board, im not sure how much 100 pounds is.. but the p4p-e deluxe from experience is pretty cool
