motherboard?

I am having a problem with picking a motherboard. Every motherboard I see has the intergrated lan and audio ports turned vertically; however, on my case (http://www.noion.com/item.asp?ID=24) the audo is turned horizontally. Will the motherboards with the audio and lan ports turned vertically fit in my case?
