monitor problems

I bought it off a private seller, he was building them himself. When I first had it I had no problems, it's only since i've reinstalled windows. I think it's just something I need to install, but i'm not that good with computers so I don't know what to do.

How much does your friend know about computers? maybe they could tell you what kind of video card you have.

All he told me to do was go onto the internet and download a driver for my particuler monitor.

Did your computer come with a Support disk of sorts? with drivers on it?

Well I'm not exactly sure of how to find out what kind of video card you have, other than opening the case and taking a look at it first-hand.

Yeah, but since your not to good with computers I would not recommend it.

When you say video card does that also meen graphics card.
