monitor problem

That's usually due to frequency rate changes between the POST and the full 2D environment of Windows (Windows is 2D, btw, not 3D, canukistan).
 
OK, if this is such a POS card, what should I get that's reliable? I'm not really a "gamer". I mainly browse the net and watch the occasional video. I'm not lookin to spend a whole lotta money.
 
The mx 4000 will work fine for you. Its made for media machines sitting next to the tv.

I believe it isn't dx 9.0c compatible though.
 
i am having similar problem with the same graphic card. It seems that i do not have a back up copy of my previous driver which i could roll back to. Where can i get it?
