I dont know if the FATAL1TY stuff is good (dont know any1 with it), but Abit does make some really nice stuff. As for DDR and DDR2, DDR2 is the way of the future, so id go with that if u can.

yep, thats a nice board allright. should ur needs quite well. i know u said that u dont want to overclock, but u should know that MSI boards arent always the best overclockers (nforce boards might be the exception).
