Default Mobo suggestions

New here, first post, and complete lost. I am in the market for a new computer (first time in 4 years I am ancient). I am pretty settled on this cpu - but am willing to change if someone has a better option around the same price range.

The trouble I run into is in motherboard selection. I am really clueless as to what is good and what isn't. I know I want DDR (duh), and I am going to be using the hardware from my old set, as well - 2 hard drives (180 gb total), Sound Blaster Audigy 5.1 w/live drive, realtek nic, a Hercules Guillemot 3D Prophet w/TV out, DVD-rw. CD-rw. So I will need at least 3x5.25" bays and 3 smaller bays, 2 pci, and 4x AGP. Any suggestions are welcomed.

I'm in a little bit of a hurry to get it built as I want to show it off next weekend.

Prices I was thinking ~$200 for cpu, <$100 for mobo, <$200-ish for ram.

Thanks in advance.

Its an Intel Prescott.
Its better to avoid it.
Its performance is equal to that of a normal Intel Pentium with 512KB L2 cache, but it dissipates a lot of heat.
It is better to avoid it at present until it gets a new socket of its own.

So what would you suggest in place of it?

U can get an AMD Athlon XP 3200+ which is much better than Intel's 3.2Ghz for about $180.
