Question mobo selection

i've heard good and bad about asus and msi... so i donno whats credible and whats not.

these are the options i have:

1) Asus A8N-E Skt939 Motherboard nForce4 ultra ATX DDR400 w/8ch Audio GLAN SATA-RAID ATX PCI-Express x16

2) MSI K8N Neo4-F Motherboard nForce4 Chipset PCI-Express x16 SATA RAID GLAN

and for reference:

3) MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Ultra Skt939 Motherboard Dual DDR400

don't know whats the difference b/w the last 2... just a lot of $$

my preferred choice would be #2 since its the cheapest.
im not too concerned on the overclocking capabilities... since i most likely won't overclock.. unless i get really bored one day and actually figure out how... i doubt it tho, since i don't have the patience.

im not really considering #3.. its too expensive for me.. i threw it out there in case someone REALLY things i should invest in it instead... alright guys, i'd appreciate the help.

i say go with the neo4 especially when its compared to an asus s939 board (supposedly very buggy). so number 2 is probably your best option
