OK any help is appreciated ok so how do you find out what mobo you have and how can you tell if it is fried or ot? with out it turning on all of the way?

Use CPU-Z to see what motherboard you have.

Too see if it is fried? well would it turn on? has it/is it smoking? do you see burn marks? look for anything which doesn't suppose to be there.

:)

smell the MB, if u smell any smoke or sumthing like that, u might have short circted ur mobo, and fried something. If ur mobo isnt turning on, u cant use cpu-z..

Look for a serial number or some sort of code on the mobo, and go to the manufacturer site, and u should be able to search the number.

dude hes trying to figure out if its fryed.. that kinda means its not turning on, therefore he cant use cpuz.

There is no serial number on the board anywere?

wat socket is it(wat cpu is in it)
go at the manufacoturer site, and compare mobos, hehe, till u find one that looks alike the one u got.
