Mobo for AMD 64 3200+

Hey, i'm looking at two motherboards, mostly mid-ranged features (USB, Firewire, 6 channel audio)...right now i'm looking at getting either the Asus K8V Deluxe or the Gigabyte GA-K8N Pro. I know the Asus is running VIA and Gigabyte is Nforce 3...would that make a big difference? Which would be the better pick?

Processor: AMD Athlon64 3200+

Memory: 2xCorsair XMS Extreme Memory 512mb, PC3200 DDR 400MHz

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar 80 GB/7200 RPM/8MB Cache/ 8.9 Seek Time/ ATA-100 EIDE (No RAID)

check up on websites, search the internet for reviews on boards... iono which is better and i'm not really going to search for you.. you can do it yourself

Maximumpc likes the Asus but not sure if they reviewed the Giga.
