Default mobo

hi guys..
I want to buy a new mobo..
i was considering to get a ASUS P4P800-DLX Intel 865PE, 800MHz Dual DDR400 ...
so wat do you guys think?? is it good?
also, is there any other mobo you guys can suggest that is good for my money and performance also compatible with the others?

ASUS make great boards, and that is one of their best

I bought one of those just a few days ago and I'm quite satisfied. Asus has a good rep and the 865(PE) is a good chipset.
System specs:
Mobo: ASUS P4P800 Deluxe
CPU: PIV 2.80 HT
RAM: Kingston 2*256 3200
HD 1: IBM 80GB 7200
HD 2: IBM 40GB 7200
CD: NEC (anno 1996)
GC: Radeon 9600 Pro
