I've been looking for a notebook to run 3D animation program I'm learning in college, Maya. I need the fastest most capible laptop I can get. I was looking at either the Compaq Presario R4000, Dell Inspiron XPS Gen 2, or the HP Pavillion ZD8000. I need at least a 256mg video card, and a fast processor. I dont know which processor to get, pentium 4, m or AMD 64. I dont care the brand even though I'm an AMD guy, I need the fastest most multi-tasking one. Can someone give me the details of the processors, and their opinions please. And if you know of a better moble of a different brand, please tell me. Thanks.
