Default moathboard doe snot like ram

i recentlly built myself a computer here are the specs:

dfi lanparty ut ultra-d
amd 64 3700+ san diago core
leadteck 6800 256mb
two 512 stick of corsair ram forget exact model but it has a heat spreader on and wasnt cheap

i jsut finished building this computer and it will only boot and load windows and not crash if only one stick of ram is in as soon as i put the otheer in it begins crashing it is not the ram because i have switched them to check that. I have heard that this motherbaord has problems with ram but are there any suggestions?

OCZ ram is better for DFI, first I would try downloading the latest BIOS from DFI, if that fails, I would get a refund for the RAM and get a set of this:
