Default Mini PC's

Im looking to buy a gaming PC, i already have a semi-decent one that i use for work and games, but i want to get one just for games, and i was toying with the idea of a Mini PC. However i have a few question. With a mini PC is it possible to take out components and put your own in, such as for example your own viedo card, for computers that come with like onboard. Also what is mini PCI,a dn what sort of cards can you get for mini PCI? What are the harddrive sizes like on these things, and do i need to buy my own hard drive or does one generally come bundled. Also do these things generally come with a CPU or do you need to buy one seperately?

Sometimes they come with only 1 or 2 PCI slots and 1 AGP slot. You can install and remove the components yourself. Most of them come barebones. NO VIDEO CARD,NO CPU,NO HARD DRIVE, NO MEMORY.
Just the mini case, psu, and motherboard. But there is mini pc's that come complete
