and i am looking for a micro atx motherboard for an athlon 64 processor, money is not really an issue here any socket is fine also

IMO, i think Minicomputers are less reliable... well atleast in my experience with rendering and minor gaming, Crashes alot.

All micro ATX cases will. To get good air flow, you want a roomy case, with a 120mm fan in the front, at the bottom, and a 120mm fan at the back, at the top.
