I'm having trouble with my memory. I just bought an Athlon XP 3200, 400 FSB, on a Biostar M7NCD-Ultra. My memory is DDR PC3200, 400 MHZ. The problem I have is I have my CPU set at 200% in the BIOS, the same with my memory. My computer restarts whenever I play games, or am just online. When I play UT 2004, its quits and tells me of a critical error... I don't know what to do, please help.

You might have the memory timing settings too low in the BIOS. Check the latency on your RAM and make sure that it's the same in your BIOS.

Also, sometimes there are compatibility issues between motherboards and RAM modules. Check the motherboard MFG's website.

Finally, you might have a bad stick of RAM. Have you tried running memtest86? (i think thats the name of the program.)

By memory timings i mean the RAS to CAS, tRAS to precharge... settings. There should be four of them. I'm not talking about the FSB speed. 200Mhz is the correct FSB setting for your AMD 3200+. Good luck on the memtest :)
