memory speed?

I just built my new pc and i hav installed everything and it is working fine, but when i boot my pc says the memory is DDR266 when it is meant to run at 333...

my specs are -
Abit NF7
AMD Athlon XP 2200+
GE-CUBE Radeon 9200 se 128mb
Hitachi Deskstar 80gb 7200rpm
Kingston 256mb DDR pc-2700 333mhz CAS-2.5

how can i get it to run at the full 333?

The FSB of ur processor is only 266MHZ.
I doubt if r RAM can run at full speed with that processor.

I think your processor's FSB speed is holding up the RAM. the 2200+ only has a FSB speed of 266MHz.

you could overclock the FSB speed

or

purchase a 2500+ - the 2500+ runs at 333MHz

OOPS! I guess i'm too slow.

I would recommend a low level overclocking.
