Default Memory-Playerworlds Help

When ever I go to play any playerworlds comp says

"Run Time Error '7' Out of Memory"

even if I restart my comp and have all the programs ram program also says I have around 80% CPU Memory left so it can't actually be a ram problem

can ANYONE please help me...Silent Shadows (an old PW game) was one of my favorite games (despite the cheezy graphics) i could hang out with my friends and it was awsome

o ya sys specs

P3 933MHz
Mobo: no clue.....came with my HP Pavilion
256 SDR Ram
Radeon 7500 64MB DDR (best PCI card I could find)
I know it's a crappy comp...but march 2nd I'm getting a new one

Try and remove any TSR (terminal stay resident) programs from running in the background. Do a google search for 'enditall' which is a useful little program to do that instead of the 'CTL-ALT-DEL'
My gaming machine:

P4 2.8 GHz
2 X 512 MHz PC3200 in dual DDR mode
integrated 6.1 MAX audio
Logitech duo MX mouse and KB
