I disagree. I ran Doom 3 @ 1024x768 Medium Quality on my old computer averaging 45 fps. It had a 2.24 P4 w/ 512mb pc-2100 and a 5700 LE. I think 512mb should also run WoW if it could handle the more demanding Doom 3.

it prolly could, but since the RAM also has to work with the internet for WoW, it might require more RAM. less powerful GPU, but more RAM

I don't think the internet play will require more RAM. That's CPU power to process the other players. You aren't storing the other players' data, it's sent over and it's processed as its wanted.
