Memory and Graphics Upgrade

I currently have 512 mb of pc2700 memory. I'm planning on taking these out and getting 1GB of pc3200 memory. I'm also going to buy an X800Pro or X800XT.
Could anyone give suggestions one what brand ,etc of memory I should buy and if I should choose Pro or XT? Total spending on this upgrade is $700 U.S.

I'm planning on doing the upgrade around mid summer so that video card's prices might drop a bit.

I hear Kingston or Corsair-brand memory is pretty good. For 1G of RAM I would go with 2 512MB sticks.
