Default Memory

How can you tell if computer memory is unbuffered or not? I know you can tell by looking at it but I am not sure where to look. Also is there a way to tell what voltage it is?

CPUZ will tell you, download it from www.cpuid.com

For the voltages, the bios, but it should be about 2.6.
