medion sound drivers?

i have lost my sound drivers for my medion titanium md 8008 xl, 6 channel audio for 5.1 sound system, i dont know where to find them, can anyone helppppp? the sound card is on the motherboard, i have tried MEDION.co.uk but cant find the drivers there, they also dont reply any to any mail
