Macro Keyboard (That doesn't need software)

I'm looking for a keyboard with macro capability. But, there's one catch. I need one that does it independently, without the use of software.

I'm looking to use a macro capable keyboard and mouse on an xbox 360. The keyboard and mouse combo is now possible through this device here...

Since the majority of macro keyboards use a Windows software to perform, a driver install is not going to work on a 360.

So, I'm looking for a macro keyboard that does the job without the use of any install software.
