Ls-120

I just got a new LS-120 drive and can't get it to format anything. It will read normal floppies, but not the 120mb floppies. When i try to access the 120mb floppies, it asks me to format it but i can't.

i think i've narrowed it to a BIOS setting. How would I set BIOS to recognize these floppies?
