low volume

sup fellez i just installed a new sound blaster video card and the right drivers that come with it and i have all my windows sound settings maxed out and its still not loud enouhg for me on my headphones...do you guys know any other way i can raise my volume more or a program that alows me to do so? thanks guys any help would be appreciated
