Looking for a case, $100 to spend

The case needs:

1. to be black
2. no windows or vents on the side or top
3. to have fans in the front and back
4. no power supply

I'd prefer to buy from newegg but that isn't really important.

Those cases are close but they all either have some vent on the side or some extra color somewhere for no reason.
Why is it so hard to find a plain black case

Why does it need to have no vents at the side?

For noise reduction, the way I built my desk its best if there is only fans in the front and back.

$150 is too much to spend especially if there is no power supply
