no it's 100MHz more. Regular 6800Ultra is 1100MHz memory speed, that one is 1200MHz, but you can get those speeds with a GT. The only thing that might limit you is the core. The Ultra has that 2nd molex connector for more juice so it's easier to get the core higher, but the GT core can generally get up to the Ultra specs anyway
