long beeps while turning on computer....

My mom's computer, started making long beep sounds, while being turned on. Theres also nothing showing up on screen. It just keeps making the long beep, until I turn it off. What does this mean?

what BIOS is it? look on google for BIOS beep codes, could be the memory all depends on which BIOS though.:
