Second one defiantly, More ram, bigger harddrive, and faster CPU, AND its not a compaq. The compaq my parent had was a ***** to upgrade, tried putting more memory in, well come to find out that there ddr slots were a milimeter to small. Had to use some sand paper and sand some excess of the memory to get it to fit.
