Default list of brands...cooling...

I'm anal about cooling in my ' it is, I'm getting to rear fans, to front fans, one side, and one top, as well as a dual fan power supply and Arctic Silver 5 on my AMD Athlon XP 2600+ Barton...the only thing I'm lost on is CPU fans. What brands and materials do you recommend? I've heard alimunum is the worst. Whats the best and whats good enough? I also want one of those small, compact cpu fans instead of those gigantic heatsinks that are loud and can crack your
