Exclamation Limit CPU usage

How do I limit my CPU usage? Don't ask me why, im in a pissy mood.

Celerons blow. I had a 2.0GHz one. Hated it. Switched to Athlon 64. Love it.

I do not know how to throttle back your CPU. Have you tried checking Download.com, or MajorGeeks.com?
