lifetime warrenty - eVGA, replacing my 6600 LE possible?
i tested the card in my friend's ASUS SLI mobo. Looks like it can still boot, says device is working properly n everything. When we tried booting the 6600 LE first then his 7900 GTX, it works fine until it goes to the loading screen, it doesnt show a picture.
now my question is, could i send in my card for repair or lie about something else n not mention that i OCed it n malfunctioned it?
i currently dont have access to my computer anymore because it wont read either card i have n since i disabled my 9200 back in Feb., it turns out i replaced my boot screen with a customized one, thus losing my default one *i know stupid of me*. I'm either gonna buy Windows Vista Ultimate retail, or buy Windows XP Pro SP2 retail, which is almost $50 less than Windows Vista Ultimate now a days to fix my computer. Checked on newegg.com.
if any of u have suggestions for me replacing my 6600 LE WITHOUT BUYING A NEW CARD, because i have no money n no job yet to get a new one, feel free to do so. I'm currently waiting for the HD 2900 XTX to come out, which i plan on getting no exceptions.
