Default Laptop to PC Hard Drive Adapter

Here is the cousins laptop boots into windows but at the welcome screen it freezes. So I used a linux live cd and it booted fine, what a surprise the problem was with windows. The people he bought the lappy from gave him only a system restore disk that wipes the hard drive and reinstalls windows. This would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that he has a lot of music on there that he doesn't want to lose. Now I need a laptop to pc hard drive adapter to copy the files to my computer so we can reinstall windows on his then copy them back over. Does anyone know where I could get one?
