J jblaze725 In Runtime Messages 284 Dec 19, 2004 #2 how long does it stay on for after you shut down. maybe your laptop is running real hot and the laptop makes sure to cool it down to a certain temp before actually stopping. thats probably a good thing so you dont fry your cpu.
