Laptop Batteries information

Problem..... Laptop last 30 mins on batteries, then switched off... When switched back on lasted for another 15 mins.

Solution...... Discharged fully with a 12V light bulb and recharged fully for 12 hours. X3 times.

Result ..... Battery now does not switch off afer 30 mins and last 1hr and 20 mins.

Any other stories on how to get batteries back to full working capacity????

how did you connect the light bulb to the battery?

My battery just had little inserts to put the wire into... it also had a + and - which was helpful.
