Laptop Adapter?

Hello I was curious if any of you know of a piece of hardware/adapter that will allow me to plug in a small laptop hard drive into the shell of a device then able to connect it to a desktop PC via a USB or firewire port..

Basically want to be able to access my laptop hard drive on my PC..

awesome!!! What is the laptop hard drive size again? 3.5? I thought it was 2.5?
