Sony Has the best. but the good ones are totally off the wall Prices. HP has excellent ones as well.

However, for your money, an Emachines Refurb is totally kick-***.

I am using Acer and it works great. A friend of mine is selling new Acer TravelMate for $800.
Intel 2.8GHZ
40GB
256MB Ram
CD/DVD/Burner
Wi-Fi built in
64MB video

I think it is a steal....

sonys are good but they are soo overpriced for what they can do
i own a sony and it doesnt do anything better than my 500 dollar averatec besides the screen. Sony is such a rip off. Id go with toshiba
