Default which Laptop

Hi everyone;

This is my first post and am probably posting it in the wrong area. If so I'm sorry. I am looking to buy my first laptop. I will use it for power point presentations and word processing at times and I will use it for video presentations. I need to be able to edit and present videos. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I agree with The Merlin on Acer and IBM, but I have not heard good things about Sony.

acer has had VERY good reviews lately. Good quality. Same with IBM, they have made good products for a long time! I would check those 2 out.

You can check out these sites, they have good prices:

Hope this helped

Biostar TPower x58

Sony hardware is usually overpriced and underpowered.
