Default Laggy sound...

Hi,
I got problem with my sound on my computer. I have the C-Media 8783. And, when I listen to the music, the music lag every serval seconds. It was also doing that with my Sound Blaster Live!. Also, the sound lag when I run or install a program.

It started doing that when I got my ATI Radeon 9200 128MB. Before, I had a GeForce MX 2 64MB, and it was not lagging.

My theorie is that my power supply is not giving enough power for all my PCI coponents.

And also, my third PCI video card doesn't work.

Anyone got a clue?
